Just wanted to thank you and your staff for the wonderful service provided for our wedding celebration this summer in Newbridge. The food was excellent with a great spread to accommodate for all preferences including vegetarian and vegan dishes! The barbecue was cooked to perfection and everyone who tried the BBQ steak enjoyed, each one being cooked to each individuals preferences. The set up was ideal with the additional marquee, provided by yourself for the BBQ, keeping the main marquee separate and freeing up space inside.
